Newaddy.ai and AddyLife provide a global event discovery platform featuring an interactive 3D globe, AI-powered search, and curated event listings spanning sports, music, festivals, and culture. Event data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and is subject to change without notice.

All content, features, functionality, design, branding, and technology of the Services — including but not limited to the 3D globe interface, AI search system, data enrichment pipeline, and "Newaddy" and "AddyLife" marks — are the exclusive property of All Forward LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent (including provisional application 64/126,496), and trade secret laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express written consent.
Event listings are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information including dates, venues, prices, or cancellations. Always verify event details directly with the event organizer or ticketing provider before making travel or purchase decisions.
Our Services provide links, redirects, and automated search results connecting users to third-party ticketing platforms, venue operators, festivals, travel providers, and event promoters (collectively, "Third-Party Providers"). All Forward LLC is an independent event discovery platform and search engine; we are not an event organizer, promoter, broker, or ticketing agent.
Ticket purchases, reservations, or transactions completed through third-party links are conducted exclusively between you and the respective Third-Party Provider and are subject to their separate terms of purchase, fees, refund policies, and privacy notices. We may receive affiliate commissions or referral fees on purchases initiated through links on our Services.
Age Limits and Admission Policies: Many events, concerts, festivals, nightlife venues, and hospitality packages listed on our Services enforce strict age restrictions established independently by event organizers, local municipalities, or venue operators. These may include, without limitation:
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all age minimums, entry conditions, and venue requirements before purchasing tickets or attending any event. All Forward LLC does not control, supervise, or enforce venue admission. Under no circumstances shall All Forward LLC be liable for denied entry, ticket cancellation, non-refundable expenses, travel costs, or any other damages arising from a user's failure to meet age, identification, or venue admission criteria.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL FORWARD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Forward LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
